All work and communications between us and the client is treated with complete respect to privacy. All discarded documents are shredded. Business & personal details will not be shared with any other non-interested or relevant party.

We provide services on an hourly rate basis. This includes services provided by phone and email. Time exceeding 5 minutes will be billed at our hourly rate. Where travel is required beyond 30 mins, travel charges also apply. All details of services are included on Tax Invoices.
